Description

Small studio-style pottery pitcher with a bulbous, rounded body, pulled loop handle, and pinched spout, finished in a glossy reddish-brown glaze that lightens to a mottled, warmer tone in spots where the glaze thins over the body. The underside is marked "Made in Spain," with an impressed stamp mark, pointing to Spanish pottery production, likely mid-20th century and made for export to the American import/gift market — a tradition well known from Spanish ceramics regions such as Catalonia. A charming small-scale piece — useful as a creamer or small pitcher, or displayed on its own as a decorative accent. Measures H: 5.25", W: 4.5", L: 6".

Good vintage condition, wear commensurate with age. No cracks or chips noted in the photos. Some expected glaze variation/mottling is visible on the body, which appears to be part of the glaze technique rather than damage.
